After last week’s non-stop six very successful events, the first week of the three week Parade season has come to a close! 1,300 people visited ICI Homes’ Parade entries over the weekend, with almost 800 prospects viewing the Showcase Home in Plantation Bay Golf and Country Club and over 200 prospects viewing the Egret II model in Grand Haven. Friday night’s Parade Banquet was held at Club de Bonmont in Plantation Bay and was well attended. ICI Homes reported that all five entries received awards. Besides the special award for the showcase home, the Pimlico in Breakaway Trails received the Grand Award, with the Escambia in Chelsea Place and the Hillsborough in Waters Edge picking up Awards of Excellence. The Egret II in Grand Haven received most overall points and the Realtor’s Choice Award for the Flagler Parade. All in all, a great week for ICI Homes.
