ICI Homes Unveils New Floor Plans

Daytona Beach, Fla. - ICI Homes unveiled plans recently to build new single-family homes priced from $156,900 in its communities in the Jacksonville and Daytona Beach regions.

Rosemary Messina, vice president of sales and marketing for ICI Homes, said the new plans are designed with today's buyer in mind, affordability and functionality are key.

The three and four bedroom single-family homes will offer 1,400 square feet of living space to 3,000 square feet, Messina said.
