Chairman & CEO

Mori Hosseini is the Chairman and CEO of ICI Homes, one of Florida’s largest residential homebuilder/developers. Born in Iran, Mr. Hosseini was primarily educated in London, England, where he received a degree in Aeronautical Engineering from Chelsea College of Aeronautical Engineering. He then attended Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University where he received both a Bachelor of Science Degree in Aeronautical Studies and Master of Business Administration.

    Before joining the ICI organization in 2005, Kevin Mays spent 14 years in residential and commercial construction management which included working for two national production homebuilding leaders.  Serving as Vice President of ICI’s Resort Division, Kevin supervised the development, commercial construction, sales, marketing and successful operation of properties located in Orlando’s finest resort settings.  His extensive professional experience made his transition to the position of Division President a natural one due to his previous experience as purchasing manager, project manager and land development for product types ranging from custom, semi-custom and production single family, multi-family and condominium construction.

    Kevin received a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Florida. He is a licensed Florida General Contractor, a licensed Florida Real Estate Broker and a member of the American Resort Development Association (ARDA).

    Judy Lawrence is a licensed real estate professional in the State of Florida and has been with ICI Homes for over 23 years.  She is responsible for contract and closing administrative operations as well as customer relationship management. She also designs many of ICI Homes most popular floor plans and oversees the merchandising of model home centers.

    “From the time the contract is signed, the Customer Relations staff works with the home buyer at every stage of the home building process to ensure a successful closing,” says Judy. “The company provides us with everything we need to accomplish our goals while encouraging us to be creative and work independently.”

    Judy was also the supervising manager of the ICI Homes/Habitat for Humanity projects in Daytona Beach in 1998 and 2006.

    Operating from ICI Homes Jacksonville headquarters, Don Wilford oversees all aspects of building operations from Gainesville to South Georgia.

    A third-generation builder, Don joined ICI Homes in 1995 as a director of construction. He has risen through the ranks serving as construction supervisor, project manager, vice president of construction, and now president of the division. He is a licensed Florida certified building contractor.

    Don was appointed by Governor Jeb Bush in 2005 to the Construction Industry Licensing Board. He is board president of Inside/Outside, a jailed youth mentor program for which he was awarded “Mentor of the Year 2004” by the State Attorney’s office in Jacksonville and went on to receive the Congressional National Mentoring Partnership “Mentor of the Year 2005” awarded at the White House. Other honors include the 2005 Dick Baker Award for humanitarian and community service. Don also serves on the board of Builders Care, an NAHB-sponsored non-profit organization providing home repairs for the elderly.
